Este ocurre cuando la intensidad de la corriente el\u00e9ctrica no es la misma en cada una de las fases del motor.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:36\"><strong>Causas Comunes del Desequilibrio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:48\">Diversos factores pueden originar este problema:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-16:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:83\"><strong>Problemas en las conexiones el\u00e9ctricas:<\/strong> Fallas o deficiencias en el cableado.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:99\"><strong>Desequilibrio en la alimentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Variaciones desiguales en el voltaje suministrado al motor.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:77\"><strong>Defectos en los devanados:<\/strong> Anomal\u00edas en el enrollado interno del motor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:35\"><strong>Consecuencias del Desequilibrio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:219\">Un desequilibrio de corriente considerable puede provocar un aumento excesivo de la temperatura del motor. Esto acelera el deterioro de sus componentes, disminuyendo su vida \u00fatil e incluso pudiendo causar da\u00f1os severos.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:22\"><strong>La Norma NEMA MG 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:327\">La norma NEMA MG 1 establece los est\u00e1ndares para motores el\u00e9ctricos industriales, abarcando su dise\u00f1o, instalaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n. Incluye directrices sobre eficiencia, pruebas de rendimiento, dimensiones, montaje y condiciones de funcionamiento seguro, buscando asegurar la fiabilidad y durabilidad de los motores.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:460\">Esta norma indica que incluso un peque\u00f1o desequilibrio en el voltaje de alimentaci\u00f3n puede generar un desequilibrio de corriente significativo y aumentar las p\u00e9rdidas de energ\u00eda en el motor. Generalmente, un desequilibrio de voltaje del 1% puede resultar en un desequilibrio de corriente de entre el 6% y el 10%. Para minimizar los efectos negativos y prolongar la vida \u00fatil de los motores, se recomienda mantener el desequilibrio de voltaje por debajo del 1%.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:23\"><strong>Medidas Preventivas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"29:1-29:90\">Para evitar el desequilibrio de corriente, es crucial implementar las siguientes acciones:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"31:1-34:210\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"31:1-31:230\"><strong>Mantenimiento e inspecciones regulares:<\/strong> Revisar peri\u00f3dicamente las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas. Un punto de calentamiento an\u00f3malo puede ser indicativo de un desequilibrio de voltaje que se traduce en desequilibrio de corriente.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:140\"><strong>Distribuci\u00f3n equilibrada de la carga:<\/strong> Asegurar que la carga el\u00e9ctrica monof\u00e1sica se reparta equitativamente entre fases para obtener ca\u00eddas de tensi\u00f3n similares y garantizar el menor desbalance de tensi\u00f3n por esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"33:1-33:142\"><strong>Uso de dispositivos de protecci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Instalar rel\u00e9s de desequilibrio de corriente para detectar y corregir autom\u00e1ticamente esta condici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"34:1-34:210\"><strong>An\u00e1lisis din\u00e1mico de m\u00e1quinas el\u00e9ctricas:<\/strong> Realizar estudios detallados del consumo el\u00e9ctrico del motor (tanto voltaje como corriente) para identificar situaciones que puedan comprometer su funcionamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Para asegurar un funcionamiento \u00f3ptimo y prolongar la vida \u00fatil de los motores el\u00e9ctricos, se recomienda implementar un sistema de monitoreo regular de los niveles de corriente en cada fase. La detecci\u00f3n temprana de cualquier desequilibrio permitir\u00e1 tomar acciones correctivas oportunas, como la revisi\u00f3n de conexiones, la verificaci\u00f3n de la calidad del suministro el\u00e9ctrico o el an\u00e1lisis del comportamiento de la carga, evitando as\u00ed da\u00f1os mayores y costosas interrupciones en la operaci\u00f3n.<\/div><div><br><\/div><div>El m\u00e1ximo % de desbalance permitido es aquel en el que la corriente m\u00e1xima no exceda la corriente nominal del motor, si bien un desbalance de tensi\u00f3n y corriente va a hacer que la maquina no trabaje en optimas condiciones, al garantizar que la corriente se mantiene por debajo del valor nominal en cada una de sus fases no va a generar un calentamiento por efecto Joule que altere las propiedades
